First time reporting here so...sorry if there's something I need to do/tell that I'm not
I'm translating the game and came to this:

Area with insufficient decor values
* Resources on the floor are considered "debris" and will decrease decor
Seems like it should be changed and @Ni42 pointed me here to give report
