Oil well animation bigger than reserved tiles

the animation of the oil well takes 4x3 tiles, not 4x4

and the bottom of this animation does not reserve tiles. because in this place there should be natural solid tiles or floor tiles. otherwise the Oil Reservoir will not work.

If the animation runs, and you have build a floor right above the oil well, that is the third row, the animation clips over that floor row.
