In one of my game, the Oil reservoir suddenly burst the area with tons of oil without adding oil well on top of it. At first I thought i saw it wrongly, but apparently as my dupe encounter another oil reservoir and leave it during the night ( I did order to build pump down below the oil reservoir where free crude oil was located) , the next cycle the entire empty area was filled with oil, where it was a big empty space the cycle before.
I am sure of it cos, it filled up all the way to the top of hot biome. My ladder was not submerged when i build it and after one cycle the entire ladder down was submerged with oil. Same thing happened to the second big cavern with oil reservoir just a few screen after the first oil reservoir.
Steps to Reproduce
my dupes just encounter one oil reservoir with a big open space around it. I dig down even more to reach the area down below with more oil to put a pump.
