Known Issue

Trying to make a dupe stand somewhere and they refuse because they have jobs. Turn off all jobs, set them there..... They ran off to go fabricate. Seriously!?!

Steps to Reproduce
Turn off all jobs. In my case duplicant is moving to oil refinery.
