No deconstruction icon in the shipping layer

When we ask for deconstruction of a rail, loader or receptacle, the shipping layer do not show the deconstruction icons.

As you can see below, I've ask to deconstruct an entire room, shipping included.

But on the shipping layer, it's not showned

Steps to Reproduce
Build conveyor rail, then order to deconstruct it, and display the shipping layer
