Nice toilet buff not working

I have a room with 2 lavatory and 2 sinks. The room is registered as lavatory room but nice toilet buff is not applied to my dupes when they use it.

Serenity 2.sav

Only 1 of the two toilets give the nice toilet buff.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the save file and wait for a dupe to use the toilet then you will see :)
Go to bugs

Changed Status to Can't Reproduce

Changed Note: to @Mjello I've tested with your save file and can't reproduce the issue, both toilets are giving the Nice Bathroom buff. Any idea if there was anything else that might have been different when you saw this issue?

They fixed the issue long ago
