If you have a latrine room built the nice bathroom buff will apply to toilets outside of the latrine room.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a latrine bathroom and then build a bathroom outside of the latrine room. When a duplicant uses the bathroom outside of the latrine room they will still get the nice bathroom buff.

In the save file you uploaded, it looks like Leira has the nice bathroom buff applied before she even uses the outhouse. Is it possible that she went to a proper bathroom just before using this one?
