Hey @aidonx, welcome to the forums. I think attaching a save file to this would be best, since it would help other people who would be willing to test it out for you. Here's where you can find your save files:

Oxygen Not Included Save Files
There are situations where we may ask you for a copy of your save file. You will be able to find your save file in the documents folder at \Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\save_files

likely culprit is a backed up[ exhaust pipe.  if one generator exhausts into the output of the next, it will stop working.  T-intersections on pipes will solve that problem.

posting a pic of the gas flow overlay would also help narrow down the problem

You might also check your outputs for CO2.  The T-junction can get a little wonky and I've found being a bit overkill saves me a lot of headaches.
