When zoomed out all the way (not in screenshot mode), nametags and bubbles do not stay with their duplicant. The problem can be fixed by zooming in and then back out, but the issue can reoccur. I'm playing at 5120x2880.
Steps to Reproduce
Set game resolution to 5120x2880. Zoom all the way out. Wait.
