Dupes can clean polluted water while underwater

Steps to Reproduce
Have a dupe make a "mess" near a clean water supply and then have them or another dupe mop it up
Go to bugs

This works because the waters do not mix, only one type of liquid or gas ma occupy a single tile. I do not think they will change it

Hence why I called it an exploit and not really a "bug" per se, even though it technically is.
