Discovered on sleet wheat grains.
It happens once the seed is carried by a duplicant (maybe also by auto-sweeper)
I've make a test on other seeds.
Steps to Reproduce
Mark a seed for compost. Wait for a duplicant to pick it Look at the status window of the carried seed

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
