microgram deliver issue

In the attached save, several dupes try to deliver 7 mcg to a storage compactor, but instead of getting delivered, the stuff is dropped on the floor. Repeats forever. This seems to be another instance of the infamous rounding bug.

Load save file, see the fun.

I had the same problem with the algae. I also had an issue with delivery of mg of materials for building tiles.
