I deconstructed the machine while some food was being created, and the progress bar got left behind, even if other machines were built in its place.
Steps to Reproduce
If you start producing a Mush Bar, a progress bar appears under the Microbe Musher to indicate how long it will be until the food is created. If you deconstruct the machine before the food is created, the progress bar gets stuck on the screen.
