The Metal Refinery production orders never complete and keep getting reset if the battery runs out of power. This should probably be changed so that the production saves its progress so that when power is restored it doesn't have to restart.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a Metal Refinery and connect it to a battery and a Manual Generator. 2. Set a production order on the Metal Refinery. 3. Let the power run out during the production and it will reset.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
