Made med bay. Made mess hall. Tables are gray and unassigned as expected. Duplicants refuse to pick a table, eating on floor instead. I try to assign tables to duplicants. No duplicants show up on the list, only "med bay". I delete tables from med bay. Tables in mess hall suddenly work normally (duplicants appear on list etc). I rebuild table in med bay. Issue returns.
