When adding a new duplicant, the first meal they eat is never at a mess table.
Steps to Reproduce
If you get a new dupe and have unassigned mess tables, (outside a med-bay,) the first time they eat, they will claim the mess table as theirs, but eat in their current position, not at the mess table. However, the second time, they will eat at the mess table. There is a manual work-around to this, if you manually assign them a table before they eat, they will eat their first meal at the table.
