Med-bed progressbar stays left over

In the attached save, Jean is hurt and assigned to a med-bed. Another duplicant will come and start giving medical care. If at that moment you order Jean to move away from the med-bed, the progressbar will stay in place. The same also happens if Jean becomes fully healed while received medical care. IOW it's quite normal to have med-meds with leftover progressbars that do not mean anything.

Steps to Reproduce
Have a dupe leave a med-bed while receiving a treatment.
Go to bugs

Ive seen this bug happen with pretty much anything you have the duplicants start and then manually have them abandon, i.e. telling them to dig and having them cancel digging or deconstructing and then cancelling that halfway through. Replying to increase popularity.
