Dupes assigned to a med bed will have a frozen animation. They will remain frozen, even during treatment. Having to get up to eat/bathroom clears the animation issue, and once returning to the med bed, the animation returns to normal.
Reloading the save makes the duplicant completely invisible until they get up.
