Manual saves don't appear in Load game window

Manual saves OR saves "save and exit" not appearing in "Load game" window
But I can see them in the "Save game" window. And see them on the disk

This already happened before the patch and still going
It's annoing because I have to wait for a new cycle to save and exit. Or I loose progress

Can't reproduce on the new colony btw

Save location: C:\Users\zxlmo\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\cloud_save_files\76561199009450466\Радиоактивная Космическая станция

Steps to Reproduce

1. Menu - Save/Save As game - Save
2. Menu - Load game - only see autosaves

Радиоактивная Космическая станция Cycle 244.sav

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Do you have OneDrive enabled or other software backing up your Documents folder?

No

I did a little testing.
If I "save as" and change the file name to "Радиоактивная Космическая станци" (32 characters long, the popup with input won't let me type more btw), the manual saves starts showing up.
But if I save over the old "Радиоактивная Космическая станция" name (33 characters long) and wait for autosave, the next manual saves stops showing up.

Also I saw some errors in Player.log:
