In the Manage Errand Priorities window, the tooltip that states (as example):
Cook Errands are a Disabled Priority for Devon
Devon's Cooking skill: 0
------------------
(MOUSE 0) Increase priority
(MOUSE 1) Decrease priority
The tooltip only appears when the cursor is over the border of the checkbox and disappears when the cursor moves to the center of the checkbox. Please see the attached video, it clearly illustrates the bug.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
