Main menu UI panels are missing

The panels on the left for base game and bottom right on spaced out are missing on the testing branch

Steps to Reproduce

Open game on the main menu. Compare how it looks with testing branch main menu

Go to bugs

Does the update of UI have anything to do with operating system or did the latest update broke it again? My laptop on win 8.1 doesn't show them

Never mind. It's not an OS issue. Latest update broke UI again

Edit: or.. .something else is happening I don't understand and it fails .. sometimes

I suspect internet connection is the culprit. If you launch the game while steam updates/downloads other games (with too slow of internet connection to handle multiple things), the UI fails to loadPlayer-prev.log
