[LU-364722] Wires showing no power inside, even though there's energy flowing in it

At the output of my steam generators, the wire has a weird behavior.

When the steam generators start produce energy, if enough power is consumed at the output of the transformer (in the bottom right corner), the conductive wire is white and tells there's energy flowing.

But when the transformer is fully loaded, even if there power consumed from it, the conductive wire tells there's no energy flowing to it, even though it continue to provide energy to maintain the transformer storage.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a generator (I think it works with every generators), link it to a transformer, wait for it to be fully loaded.

User Feedback

The tooltip tells you "0 potential load", which is 100% correct. There are not consumers present in this line. Transformers wont count as consumers.
