Low FPS in Space Industry Upgrade version

Suddenly FPS in game became low (20-45) after ~40 cycles (I think, when base become big).

Its actual for 288641 and 288927.

For example, fps for same saved file: in version 285480 – 45-57, in 288927 – 14-27.

Steps to Reproduce
Load saved game (50+ cycles) in different versions (Rocketry Upgrade and Space Industry Upgrade) and compare FPS.
Go to bugs

I got same problem since 288641 patch. All went OK after I returned to 285480 version
My system  amd phenom x6 1105t 16GB Nvidia GeForce 1070 Ti Win 10
