Lossing half the resorses

I did download the TU-210162 update and i did notice that i lose half the resorse .... When i dig the sand tile that says 750kg after digging only 375kg drop down to a "pick-upeble" sand  ... is this always been a like this?

Maybe just remove that feature and spawn the tiles with 1/2 their contents?
