Lore entries are visible although undiscovered

When the EU was released, I created a brand new seed. I didn't find any item yet to inspect. However, If I open the codex, the entries previously discovered in my test seed are there.

The message when clicking on "inspect" mentions adding the information found to the database, so I don't think I should see them when using a new seed.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce
Open the codex, look at the email, notes, journals entries
Go to bugs

Maybe the idea is to play a few times, gathering more clues from different POIs with each playthrough?

Any lore found will be kept in your codex, no matter if you make a new world or not.

I'm pretty sure this is because of the fact that it's impossible to get all the lore from just one world, since there's more lore nuggets than POI spawned.
