Sometimes liquids will randomly turn into bottles like liquefied oxygen and there would be no way to obtain oxygen back from it. I say randomly cause it even happens in a room with no dupes or doors or corners so there is no way for a dupe to collect it into a bottle in the first place.
Not sure if its important but that room has a vent releasing liquefied and solidified gases from a cooling loop.
