Liquid Vent overpressure in gas.

Installed a liquid vent last.
Said it was over pressure.
I reduced the pressure to around 900 to get it to work.

Steps to Reproduce
Build everything. Pressurize with gas to around 2.5K. Reduced pressure and still over pressure. Went to around 900 to get it to work right. Already fixed in my save. Doesn't break if I repressurize.

It is not a bug. It is a feature :) . The liquid vent can output only if pressure is less than 1000kg no matter if in gas or in liquid.
