Steps to Reproduce
A duplicant with food poisoning was throwing up on a mesh tile.
Go to bugs

User Feedback


Neotuck

Click on the tile with PW and see if it has mass

Sometimes the animation can get glitchy showing objects and elements that shouldn't exist

A simple reload should fix
