Liquid Pipe get broken without reason

Hi, would you be able to direct me to the location in this colony where that broken pipe is?

Got same bug. Looks like this affects only pipes made of sandstone. They occasionaly become broken right after they being constructed. Damage reason is heat damage from their content (in description). Also whole my colony sudenly melted down in to lava after i've constructed a pipe. Moments later game just closed without crush report or anything
