Liquid pipe bridge cold damage crash

On a related subject, I have a granite pipe passing through a mesh tile that continuously drops below freezing and breaks.  This also occurs with bridges.  I rebuilt my sink 4 times before I figured out the problem.

Forgot to add.. when the water moves (the sink is used) then the cold spot moves into warmer pipes and the pipe breaks.  This happens no matter what the temperature is.  Even if its well above freezing.

Wrong save file.

After some more playing around, it appears to be related to the algae deoxydizer and not the mesh tile.
