Lavatory assigned to med-bay whilst restructuring. The med-bay took priority.

They're making messes all over the place and it's in my freaking water supply now............ bah. In any case, while moving this pneumatic door and accompanying wall 1 tile to add a sink to my med-bay bc yNotAmIRite? and lo-and-behold 'omg whats goin' on'

It just seemed a little arbitrary that they would ignore completely functioning facilities in some silly recursive effort to continue cleaning up polluted water after I closed the freaking polluted geyser I found 10 minutes prior.

Anyhow, great game. I'll let you know if I find anything else. Also, I don't know how to add log files and I didn't look it up, I'm sorry. plzDontCrucifyMe<3

Steps to Reproduce
Place a lavatory next to a medbay and then delete the walls/doors keeping them separate. This will prioritize the lavatory's or latrine's(perhaps) to the medbay and prevent the dupes from using the bathrooms, unless I imagine that they're sickly and assigned to the medbay.

User Feedback

That should not work... Because there is no closed room anymore, so there should be no assignment at all. And a medbay cant have a shower... Oxygen difuser is also not allowed if i´m right, because it counts as machine. There are so many things wrong with this assignment, it should not happen ^^

Judging from the screenshot, the room is likely being recognized as a valid med-bay, it has all of the required buildings, no conflicting buildings (oxygen diffuser is OK), and is within the size limit.

My own test for example:

@antieXo you might want to take a look at the Room Overlay, you can open it with F11 or clicking the button as shown in the upper right of this screenshot.
