Job priority after switching jobs

Maybe this is intended, maybe it is not, which is why I am reporting it here for investigation.

But right now, the fact that when you assign a job it gets the wrench "priority" is great. But, once the job is mastered fully (like Senior Miner), if I switch to see Gofer because I have played 40 cycles and now I want my digger to bring back to the base what he just dig, then he lose he priority at digging.

I understand that after quite a while, people start to have all jobs for all duplicants (get another base with 64 people where 20 have 8-10 jobs) and that it would be messy. But if I have an artist who is also a cook and a farmer, where all of those jobs does not take 100% of this time, then why not? Having to micro manage this manually is a pain.

Steps to Reproduce
Get someone at the max of a job, switch it, notice he lose his previous priority.

User Feedback

i agree, the skill level most mastered should always be highest priority, but he should shuffle off of priority to clean and maintain based on stress level or similar.
