While playing, at some point the mouse just keeps scrolling up, but outside the game if you alt tab out, the mouse is still ok, but when you alt tab back in, the mouse still keeps scrolling up, you can try controlling the mouse but even if you try to click it makes the sound like it clicked something, but it doesn't register it, plus its still difficult since you can't actually stop the mouse. although, honestly, it does it on its own, like i just made a video? and its doing it as you launch the game.
I have no mods, i actually uninstalled them. Now to fix this, i normally have to completely uninstall the game, clear steam cache, then reinstall, but if i do that, i get to play the game, then after 5-6 cycles, it does doing that, all i can do at that point is crash the game (alt tab out of it, then close it from task manager), then i relaunch the game and even from the start it does that immediately.
