The info window on the morb and other tiles has a line item Uses: [some number]. This number and line item are from any previously clicked on building which has a use counter.
See image uploads for clarification, as the number changes on the morb, but equates with the last building selected - when clicking on different buildings, this number seems to stick with the previous building use number. It's the last line item in the details section.
Steps to Reproduce
Click on morb or any tile and check the uses line item, click on an outhouse, click back on morb or any tile for that matter and note the number of uses for the tile is the same as the number of uses for the most recently selected building, click on different outhouse or washbasin, then back on morb or tile - the uses number sticks to the last clicked building which counts uses.
