the game fails at loading the file that locally stores what blueprints (skins) you have unlocked, atleast thats what crashes here

Could you attach your Player.log file?

When was the last time you could play the game?

Could you take a screenshot of your Klei/OxygenNotIncluded folder? Here is mine for example. You might not have all the same files and that is okay.
