I made a simple ice machine, drop water in some cooled room, but a single CO2 tile from a dupe breathing was in the room.
The tile of CO2 eventually got frozen and then tawed and froze and tawed resulting in a huge area around the ice maker having tons of CO2.
Steps to Reproduce
I think some interaction related to dripping water on metal tiles and the CO2 liquidfying, Freezing and thawing (Due to the fresh hot water being added) creates CO2. I guess it must be related to how geysers can create tons of gas from simple having a few grams in a room.
