I seem to have "unlearned" a research

In the thermal upgrade preview, I researched Percolation.... and I placed some of the Bio Distillers, 

later, I was hooking up a plumbing system and went to get a water purifier... guesssssss what. "I don't have the research". So, I had to re-research the research

Steps to Reproduce
I dunno just research stuff, i guess
