you seems use AMD Radeon HD 5500 what is weaker than minimum recommend gpu.

what you could todo  is play game in OpenGL mode, this command should able enable that -force-glcore

is there any other soultion that does not take away the very precious 25 FPS that i have rn?

yeah, buy yourself some better GPU, it not need be the latest one.

you could also try update drivers if there is any

i have never experienced something like this with the games that require better GPU than mine. are u 100% sure that this is just because my GPU is not good enough and there is no other solution than these?

It's likely not because of GPU weakness, but overheating GPU/GPU VRAM and/or overclocking fail. This, or driver issues.  Experienced this in other games before.
