I Can Only Assign Snazzy Suits To One Dupe

I made multiple Snazzy Suits and only one Dupe will walk over to put one on. I assigned the rest to other Dupes and they ignore them. Only when I remove the Snazzy Suit from a Dupe will another Dupe put one on. I don't know if this bug is a problem with other suits.

Steps to Reproduce
Make a few Snazzy Suits and assign them to each Dupe.
Go to bugs

Snazzy suits and other clothing items have been bugged for a while. I go around the bug by making a small room with container and a door. Put all suits in that one container and lock dupe in there to put the suit on. Then reload the game, drop the stuff in container and make the dupe put the left over back in. The container did show an extra one inside it before dropping suits, but when dropped out it doesnt appear because the dupe has it. 

It takes time and is a chore, but I havent found an easier way
