Hydrogen Slimelung

Could you upload a save where this is happening? It's quite possible it's a rounding issue with small numbers. For example, if there are 500 germs on the cell, dying at 3% per cycle, then they're dying at a rate of 15 germs per cycle, or 0.025 germs per second. This would get rounded to 0 germs per second in the UI.

If you don't think that's the case, let me know, and I'll investigate further!

its on the right side of my base. At first chlorine has slimelung then they all died except for the one on hydrogen
