It is well known that sieves output at a constant 40C. Not a bug.

You did not even look at the picture, his plumbing is outputting at 104C he is putting 204C into it  and wondering where the other 100c is going

40 C constant, isn't a bug? it should calculate more properly

If there was a calculation at all that reached a constant 40C, then yes it would be a bug. An explicit assignment of 40C is not a bug.
