How is it cooling

Was just trying to purify the water and it instantly cooled  by 100 F, useful but not intended i'm sure.

Steps to Reproduce
Pipe near boiling polluted water through a water purifier and pipe it out. (used only abyssite pipes)

You did not even look at the picture, his plumbing is outputting at 104C he is putting 204C into it  and wondering where the other 100c is going

If there was a calculation at all that reached a constant 40C, then yes it would be a bug. An explicit assignment of 40C is not a bug.
