Heaviwatt joint plates show circuit as strained when no power source connected

as title.  in screen shot the last piece of wire at the top of joint plate isnt built yet, but the wire is yellow, instead of red

There is also an issue of connecting grids with Heavviwatt Joint plates. In my game that I just gave up, the left side of the joint plate shows different values of supply and demand than the right one, and it seems to cause grid confusion if crossed by a wire bridge
