Heat transfer not working and self generating oxygen and polluted oxygen

I vacuumed the volcano for  preventing heat transfer and after several cycle I find this:

Oxygen and polluted oxygen whit no dupe around, and 21.4 degrees oxygen in a 1800 degrees magma...

I didn't try to reproduce it.

It's a very small amount. Could it be that you simply forgot a chunk of slime or puddle of polluted water in there?
