Grooming station can still be used even outside a stable

As you can see from the two pictures in this link:

... a grooming station can be used even when it is not inside a stable.

I'm only guessing here, but I believe the intended use is similar to a power station/farming station? That is, the station is only meant to work for and inside the room it is in?

Steps to Reproduce
Make a standalone grooming station near some critters, outside of a room. Get a rancher on it. Observe the rancher starting to call critters to it, and groom them...

I think the way it works now is the correct way.

By the same logic a cot should not be usable unless it's placed in a barracks room.
