Geyser emitting steam without emitting steam...

The geyser says it's emitting steam, but no steam shows up and the water level is constant.

Steps to Reproduce
Nothing - but the geyser is half covered with water
Go to bugs

Its not fully covered, because it does not state "overpressured".

But your chamber is open, and so the steam can move away. 

What happens when you close the chamber? Does the water level rise?
