Gas vent, partially in water, can create overpressure

Gas vent, partially in water, can create overpressure. It's not game breaking.

Here is used setup. The pressure around vent was 3800g per tile. It didn't pass any air through.

After digging below, it works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
Build gas vent partially in water (for me, it was 180g of water)

User Feedback

There are many players on the forum that will not want this functionality changed. I personally have not used this exploit and would be fine if they changed this. I think it can cause more problems for new or inexperienced players, which in my opinion is more important to resolve.

If the developers aren't going to fix this obvious bug that many of us exploit then they should at least add something like this to the description:

"Vent normally reaches overpressure at 2000g but by partially submerging in liquid, the safety protocol will be disabled allowing pressures in excess of 99999kg!"
