Gantry research listed twice

(I'm in the preview branch but I guess it could be there since MergeDown.)

Gantry in the base game's research tree is listed twice.

1. In the spot it always was since rocketry update:

Steps to Reproduce

Check research tree of base game for "gantry"

Go to bugs
