game stuck at new game loading

Hi I just purchased the product and i always get stuck at new game loading screen, i never be able to play it at all. 

the new screen is when I click "start new game" and then it stuck at "a new world is about to be created, please select its size" , the screen freeze forever here. 

 

I have updated my windows to windows 10, I have installed V++ 2015, nothing worked.

Steps to Reproduce
I just bought the game, it happens when game first time loading into new game.
Go to bugs

The logs say there is a problem with some of the installed files, try reinstalling. Maybe do a disk check to make sure your drive isn't failing.
