Game freezing bug

I Just bought Oxygen not Included and i have serious problem with it, whenever i launch game and want to create new world game freezes. Evrything just freezes and i cant do anything but the audio is normal. I found out that evrything i do after game freezes (like changing world's name) works normaly after i reset game and i can play on my world for few secounds and then game freezes again. I tried on full screen, windowed and on other languages but nothing works.

I dont speak english perfectly so sorry for mistakes.

Steps to Reproduce
I just started game and wanted to create world but game isntantly froze
Go to bugs

Does your computer match the system requirement? This is a bit heavy on the graphics card, so you might want to turn off everything else going on your computer

No it is not, it needs a directx 11 graphics card but thats about it, almost any card (Intel HD 4600 and above) with that certification could play the game. Any and all performance issues is due to the CPU and possibly RAM.
