Game doesn't recognize there are resources, can't build

I have resources in storage capacitor, but I can't build using them. (duplicants can use resources from storage capacitor) I can build using resources, that I dug after bug.

Steps to Reproduce
I don't know... (There is a chance, that bug may have happened when I forgot to turn off free building)
Go to bugs

Hi @Gabrysiek, it looks like in that save that all the missing resources are currently "reserved" for existing jobs. You can get them back by cancelling some of the tiles and statues, for example.

Unfortunately the game doesn't show that very well, so I understand how this caused confusion. We will try to improve this in the future. Thanks for your report!
